Responsibilities

  • Develop digital strategies tailored to clients' marketing communications needs.
  • Support media planners in the development of digital media planning strategies.
  • Participate in the planning, execution and optimization of campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. in collaboration with the media planning team.
  • Define performance indicators related to strategic orientations and ensure their monitoring and continuous optimization.
  • Be able to create performance reports, interpret data and popularize results to clients as well as internal teams.
  • Be responsible for campaign performance, achievement of objectives and compliance with budgets.
  • Audit the activities and digital assets of various brands and their competitors.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and develop the agency's media practice.
  • Support, train and oversee the development of the team of campaign managers.
  • Contribute to the vision and overall strategic directions of various clients.
  • Proactively identify development opportunities with current and future customers, and collaboration with potential partners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital strategies.
  • University degree in marketing, digital communications, or a related field.
  • Passionate about technology and digital strategy, entrepreneur and self-taught.
  • Fully understand the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce.
  • Excellent understanding and ability in search engine analysis (SEM) and SEO optimization.
  • Developed mathematical and analytical mind.
  • Superior level of oral and written French and English language skills.
